Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours and delivered within 2-5 business days. If you experience any problems with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your delivery address is outside of The United States, you will be responsible for customs fees.
HiBoost cares about its customers and makes all possible efforts to please each of them. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within one week of delivery.
- Product exchange
In each of the three solutions, the following conditions must be met:
- The customer should contact our customer service before returning, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for issues that may occur during return shipping.
- The product should be returned within 30 days after the booster is delivered to the client.
- The booster should be sent back in its original, undamaged packaging and include all original cables and accessories.
- The customer is in charge of all shipping costs when the product is sent back for return, replacement or repairing.
- The total of the refund is 80% of the product cost (20% is restocking fee).
If your kit arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no charge. Please let us know within 1 week after your order is delivered. If a request is received for a free replacement after the one week time period, we are at liberty to deny it.
